PANDA 4ET is a project founded by the Italian drummer Antonio Fusco together with three excellent musicians of the Beijing Jazz scene including: Zhang Jing (guitar), Simone Schirru (guitar) and Dan Callaghan (bass).

PANDA 4ET是由意大利鼓手Antonio Fusco 和三个出色的音乐家共同建立的，他们分别是Zhang Jing (guitar), Simone Schirru (guitar) and Dan Callaghan (bass)

The training ranges from reworking of jazz classics to original songs with a mix of groove, interplay and open spaces, without to leave out the big tradition of the swing.

ANTONIO FUSCO - drums

Antonio Fusco is one of the most important and original drummers of the European Jazz scene. Always supportive and focused on new trends in jazz and music in general, he is currently involved in various European project, including: Giovanni Falzone Contemporary Orchestra, Tino Tracanna Acrobats, Reem Kelani Band, Henrik Jensen Followed By Thirteen. In 2011 he founded the project - Antonio Fusco Sextet- Suite for Motian and in 2014 it was released with the Italian label Auditorium Parco Della Musica Records, getting great approval from the national critic. The 2014 is also the beginning of a new trio NS3 project with two brilliant musicians of the UK jazz scene: the pianist Bruno Heinen and the Danish bassist Henrik Jensen.

He is the author of the drums method LA COORDINAZIONE (The Coordination) published by Esarmonia Publishing. He was interviewed on several important national newspapers including Musikateneo, Drums and Percussion, Senza Barcode (Web magazine) and JAZZIT.

In 2014 he was mentioned in the new edition of the "New Italian Jazz Dictionary" written by Flavio Caprera by Feltrinelli publisher.

He plays with important musicians of the international jazz scene including: Tim Berne, Paolo Fresu, Tino Tracanna, Paolino Dalla Porta, Francesco Bearzatti Tinissima 4et, Reem Kelani, Antonio Zambrini, Andrè Canniere, Esben Tjalve and many others.

Currently he's involved with the NS3 aka NEW SEMPLICTY TRIO, he's part of several projects between Germany, Italy, China and UK and actually he teaches jazz drums at the Beijing Contemporary Music Academy.

(张晶) ZHANG JING - guitar

张晶,中国当代青年爵士吉他演奏家. 而他并不拘泥于一种音乐风格, 从南方金属核代表 “六道母” 到当红Hip-Hop 艺人满舒克, 从充满电气色彩的 Dubstep乐队 “镜花缘” 到城市中爵士乐现场都找到他的踪影.

2012年获得星海音乐学院爵士音乐表演学士学位

2014年获得美国北伊利诺伊( NIU) 大学研究生助教及全免学费资格仆美深造.

2016年获得爵士吉他硕士学位.

2017年与所在金属乐队 "六道母" 完成了新EP "Prelude to a Doom" 的录制，并在九月发现。同年6月完成个人专辑"Untitled"录制，将于年底发行。

现认北京现代研修学院吉他专业导师。

GUITAR: SIMONE SCHIRRU (IT)

Simone Schirru is an Italian guitar player recently moved in Beijing, He started is professional career in 2006 in Italy. He was the winner in 2005 and 2008 of the International Festival Ai Confini tra Sardegna e Jazz as best guitar-player and best Band.

Since then He played with Guitto Gargle, Cuenta Contemporanea, the solo project Improsa Tongue, Ajo-jo mandi & the Youngers, Progetto Nudo, Pixeldrama, in many festivals and prestigious places around the world crossing Italy, Belgium, United States and India.

In Belgium was a part of the well-know soul band Man on Fire and the Soul Soldiers. He also graduated in Master Jazz Guitar at Lemmens Institute in Belgium studying with some of the best Belgium musicians in the country as Peter Hertmans, Frank Vaganée, Ron Van Rossum and Bo Van Der Werf.

At the beginning of 2016 as part of the Brussels Quintet He is being playing for three months at JZ Hangzhou. Since then He already traveled around China playing also in Shanghai, Suzhou, Changzhou, Xiamen, Hefei, Baoding, Harbin, DaTong, Beijing and Taiwan.

Nowadays He is teacher at the Contemporary Music Academy of Beijing while performing around Beijing leading different bands under his name such as RoOom, a trio that performs his original compositions, and Invisible a tribute of Ornette Coleman's music. He is co-leading the trio Bad Monk and he is sideman in several other bands : Leela, Tongues of Fire, Core and many more.

From end of 2016 is a part of the BlueNote Beijing Jazz Orchestra, with the BNBJO He performed regularly at Blue Note Beijing, the BNBJO occasionally hosted special guest as Micheal Mossman, Jaleel Shaw, Conrad Herwig and Mark Turner.

In February 2017 he founded 3C (Creative Composers Collective) a collective of composers base in Beijing with the idea to promote and help creative jazz music in China. He is working as artistic director for the event Beijing 3C Jazz Series, hosting concert of the 3C project in the local venue DDC.

BASS: DAN CALLAGHAN (IE)

来自爱尔兰都柏林的一位杰出的贝司演奏家。在过去的六年间，Dan一直作为一名职业音乐家在各地演出，并且与数名爱尔兰*爵士乐手合作过，他们分别为Mike Nielson, Hugh Buckley 和 Richie Buckley。 Dan于2010年毕业于 new park 音乐中心爵士表演专业，2013年从爱尔兰来中国，在中国他跟很多大师爵士家演出，他们分别为长号大师 Robin Eubanks, 钢琴大师 Alessandro Galati, 歌手 Enrica Bacchia, 钢琴大师 Steffan Karlson, 萨克斯手高太行，口琴大师 Laurent Maur。

Dan has been working professionally in Beijing, China since early 2013 and has fast become one of the hardest working bassist in Beijing. His playing has brought him to many cities in China including Shanghai, Hangzhou, xinjiang, Guangzhou and Shenzhen with Chinese and international musicians such as trombonist Robin Eubanks, singer Enrica Bacchia, pianist Alessandr Gilati, saxophonist Handsome Nat Gao, pianist Moreno Donadal.
