关于Betterme Art

Betterme Art于2016年在加州成立，目标为亚洲地区搭建通往西方街头艺术的桥梁。Betterme Art及旗下艺术家致力于通过联名、艺术展及原创作品等方式，来帮助大家更好地建立对街头艺术的理解。

经过将近一年的选址，Betterme Art终于在中国大陆建立了他们的*家街头艺术画廊。今年9月，这家坐落于黄浦江西岸的外马路653号，面积超过1300平米，紧邻外滩的画廊正式亮相。

Betterme Artist

D*FACE

“D*FACE”，a.k.a．Dean Stockton，在伦敦长大，自小萌生对涂鸦的兴趣，他将Henry Chalfmant在纽约创作的一系列涂鸦艺术视作自己的启蒙。青少年时代他痴迷于滑板，那个时期Thrasher杂志的封面也让他燃起了对于滑板DIY的兴趣。他的*个独立个展“Death & Glory”于2006年在伦敦的Stolenspace画廊举办，门票销售一空。之后他的多次展览也都取得了成功。

Tristan Eaton

生于洛杉矶，Tristan Eaton自青少年时期起*开始追逐街头艺术梦想。伦敦、底特律、纽约，他所到之处的任何东西都能成为他创作的载体。18岁时，他为Fisher-Price设计了自己的*个玩具，从此逐渐成为世界玩具设计师中令人瞩目的力量。他为Kidrobot创作的作品，包括*的Dunny and Munny 艺术玩具，为他赢得了国际性的声誉。Nike、Versace等是他的工作室的固定客户，他的作品也被收入了现代艺术博物馆的*馆藏。

Slick

Slick名扬艺术界可以追溯到上世纪80年代中期。传奇的“Slick vs Hex”是他职业生涯的关键节点，在那之后他从一位地下艺术家逐渐收获了全世界的认可，并永远改变了涂鸦艺术的面貌。他的巨大声誉给了他机会进行MV、电影、专辑封面到画廊个展的多样创作平台。他为Stussy、X-Large、Adidas、Obey和迪士尼等设计图案，他的美学风格影响了一代艺术家和设计师。

Nychos

Nychos生于奥地利的一个猎人家庭，他将自己成长的村庄称为“绿色地狱”，这样的童年经历使得许多平常人觉得残忍而冷酷的景象在他眼里习以为常。他日后的风格也深受这种影响，常常以肢解和解剖的形式呈现人与动物。他还发起了REM运动，贡献了有关创造性毁灭和社会崩溃的理想化概念。他无数次与世界上*有成*的画家合作，这也让他加入*值得瞩目的艺术家之列。

David Flores

David P. Flores生于加州，在圣芭芭拉拿到了平面设计学位。在2000年左右，David Flores绘制了一系列名为“Giants”的作品，描绘了旧金山的巨大机器人。随后他延续了自己的艺术风格，创作了许多人物作品，如Mother Teresa、Mos Def、Sophia Loren等。他也会对一些知名形象如迪士尼人物进行再创作。他曾与Shepard Fairey、Stussy及Kidrobot等有过合作。

Cavia 13岁开始收集唱片, 20岁练习 Scratch, 并在两年内拿到世界 DMC 大赛的中国区*, 同年代表中国去伦敦参加世界决赛. 隶属上海*老牌地下音乐组织 Antidote 和备受赞誉的新晋团队 SHFT, 也是 DMC 中国主理人之一, Cavia 与 Skrillex, Diplo, DJ Snake, Jazzy Jeff, DJ Shadow, DJ Krush, DJ Q-Bert, A-Trak, Grandmaster Flash, Talib Kweli, Tyga, O.T. Genasis, Twenty One Pilots 等*同台献艺, 也是 Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant 以及 FC Bayern Munich 拜仁慕尼黑球队 After-Party 指定DJ, 连续出现在迷笛, 草莓, Storm Festival, Electric Zoo 等各大音乐节, 并和 PSA上海当代艺术博物馆, 北京公社, 没顶画廊, chi K11博物馆, ART021艺术节, Art Basel香港做了一系列艺术合作和演出.

Winner of the 2008 China DMC Championship, DJ Cavia has shared the stage and headlined with artists including Skrillex, Diplo, DJ Snake, Jazzy Jeff, DJ Shadow, DJ Krush, DJ Q-Bert, A-Trak, Grandmaster Flash, Talib Kweli, Tyga, O.T. Genasis and Twenty One Pilots. He has performed as the official after-party DJ for celebrities such as Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant and FC Bayern Munich and collaborated with brands including Nike, Apple, Beats by Dre, Adidas, Reebok and Budweiser etc. Crossing over into the world of art, Cavia has created works of music for Beijing Commune, MadeIn Gallery, chi K11 Museum, ART021, Art Basel Hong Kong and Power Station of Art.

Scintii

台湾制作人／歌手Scintii。曾于伦敦求学，期间她学习了作曲和流行乐，磨练了自己的制作功底。于2017年2月在发行了首张EP《Mica》，你能从她的音乐中捕捉到深沉黑暗的低音，及重鼓元素，同时不失清新梦幻。

2017年搬到上海居住后，活跃于上海俱乐部音乐场景。曾经出现在英国i-D、NTS Radio、Radar Radio和东京

Diskotopia / RBMA电台。今年十月底刚从伦敦演出回沪，在Southbank Centre和伦敦指标的俱乐部Corsica Studios。第二张EP即将在年底发行。

Taiwanese producer/vocalist Scintii (aka Stella Chung), released her debut EP Mica, bears a diverse background in both studio composition and pop music which she studied whilst residing in London for several years.

Since her move to Shanghai in 2017, Scintii has become a core member of the thriving club scene in the city. She has played for i-D, Diskotopia on RBMA Radio Tokyo, NTS & Radar Radio. She recently played a number of London shows, including events at Southbank Centre, and headlining at Corsica Studios.

Mica, her first release, is inspired by the form and body of minerals, pensively underpinning dark, elusive, cut-up pop vocals with crystalline synths and rhythms from UK grime to the dembow for an enrapturing and refreshing sound. Her second EP is due later this year, along with a few vocal collaborations with high profile artists.

Mr.Skin

从DJ到Rapper，Mr.Skin横跨了地下音乐与主流音乐，在音乐的操控上从不同角度去切入，因而更贴近了与各类观众的互动。

从2003年开始，Mr.Skin开始了DJ的生涯并以"DJ Ziggy"这个名字征战过许多大小夜店与派对。

2010年受邀担任Rain亚洲巡演“暴雨传奇”演唱会庆功派对。

2012年正式将DJ name改为'Mr.Skin’ 并担任台湾地下嘻哈团体 - Juzzy Orange团长与主唱，至今已发行三张专辑、两首单曲。

2011-2013年间，Juzzy Orange更入围了台湾金音奖*嘻哈专辑与*嘻哈单曲两项音乐大奖，非常大活跃！

由于拥有DJ与MC的双重身份，因此更和音乐度的调和成正比；Mr.Skin喜欢在表演中加入许多即兴的发挥，由于不喜欢制式化，所以总是不按牌理出牌，但*是知道该在哪里下猛药，每每令人出其不意的惊艳更成为了他的必备武器！

Since 2003, Mr Skin has initiated his career as a DJ at numerous clubs and party events.

Over the past years, his skills has been evolving non stop which earn him a position as assigned DJ at the after party for Rain, a international super star!

His feature in Djing has been noticeably markedby much derivation from Electro House along with other party favors and genres.He's well known for remixing Electro, Hip Hop and Pop together through techniques such as collage, sampling and looping, therefore his performance always reveals richness diversity, and agility.Mr Skin is also known as a rapper and band leader of Juzzyorange a noted underground hip-hop group.In 2011, he was invited to numerous famous radio shows and performed actively as a rapper in Legacy and many other venues.Meanwhile, Juzzyorange was nominated for the Best Hip-hop album and the Best Hip-hop single in the Second Golden Indie Music award. The double role for being a DJ and MC affects Mr.Skin in elements of sound he creates, which result in more balanced and creative effect on the dance floor.He prefers improvisation to convention, so there are no rules for him.
