如果你喜欢电子音乐，对国内音乐潮流文化有一定了解；更进一步，对上海、北京的多年夜店文化有自己的感知；那么Ben Huang便是*无法回避的名字！Ben有着20多年电子音乐DJ从业经验，从早年红极一时的北京88 Club，到时下上海外滩*红的所在；他乐此不疲的将自己不同阶段对音乐、对艺术的感知推向聚集在DJ台下涌动的人群。

Although born in Shanghai, Ben Huang began djing in Beijing. Ben loves this music so much that he passed up a career in the fashion industry to work as a DJ. Ben regularly plays at a variety of venues in Beijing and Shanghai.

早在90年代的Club里，Ben Huang已经开始推广Techno、House以及Drum n bass音乐了；与当时街头巷尾的流行歌曲和主流舞曲形成鲜明对比，以此获得了很多志同道合的音乐好友大力推崇。Ben Huang在2000年之后大展拳脚，以中国DJ的身份游历于欧洲，低调又刚毅的个性，让世界看到了中国DJ的真实风采。Ben的音乐选曲范畴涉及Jazz、Funk、Disco、House、Techno、Drum n Bass等多种风格样式，而他也别出心裁地运用古典音乐和民乐作为混音元素，使得音乐整体更加不拘一格。

Ben Huang started bringing Techno, House and Drum n bass music into clubs during the 90s, even though it was a big contrast to the pop-music that was played in everywhere, he gained a lot of followers and friends who have the same interests in music.After the year 2000, Ben Huang began to travel and perform around Europe, that’s the time he got his fame as a DJ. He showed the world the character of a Chinese DJ, low-profile and fortitude.Ben Huang plays different styles of music, such as Jazz, Funk, Disco, House, Techno and Drum n bass. He also thinks out of the box, mixed traditional Chinese instruments into his DJ performance.

不过除了音乐属性，随着人生阅历的变迁，他开始沉醉于胶片摄影、玩老车、专注收藏、开始展现一个上海男人对摩登生活的更多的内涵的理解；Ben Huang深谙中国电音舞曲音乐文化，积累了丰富的海内外演出经历和大型活动合作经验。他对音乐文化结合时尚的研究，及对历史的追溯，使得他能更完美的驾驭各种音乐样式；理清音乐与环境、影像、品牌概念的内涵关系，更好的传达音乐的情绪和理念。

He was one of the early exponents of Beijing’s club scene back in the mid-nineties, before anyone knew what club culture or electronic music was. China’s open door policy had not opened enough to let in the developments going on in the rest of the world, with the influx of music being heavily filtered from the mainstream pop culture trends of neighbouring Taiwan and Hong Kong. Ben Huang introduced the young funky things of Beijing to the international sounds of ‘real’ club beats. Strange as it may seem, there simply was no club scene in China.

Ben Huang的现场气氛掌控力十足；他说，台下人们会怎样反应无法提前预知；所以他并不会在party之前限定音乐走向。他更享受的是，现场气氛与音乐契合的美妙感觉和舞池效果的不确定性；这也是诸多Ben Huang的音乐追随者*期待的惊喜。

Ben Huang gives out a great vibe in live performances, he said, there is no way of knowing how the crowd would react, so he never limit his music flow in a party, what he enjoys more is the uncertainty, that is also what his fans love the best about him.
