Synopsis

 

第一幕：天缘初结

Act I: Fateful Encounter

 

天宫中，向往自由的织女困于枯燥织布，倍感孤独；凡间，忠厚善良的牛郎寄居哥嫂篱下，饱受欺凌，同样孤寂。洞察一切的喜鹊仙怜惜二人，偷走织女云锦引牛郎冒险穿越结界入天庭。丢失云锦的织女正遭王母责罚，愁绪中在天界边缘邂逅手持云锦的牛郎。从戒备到相知，两颗孤独的心在云端靠近。美好短暂，织女慌乱留下云锦作信物，牛郎被遣返人间。两地相思，喜鹊仙感其深情，冒险安排短暂重逢后，毅然带领织女穿越结界，降临现代凡间。

In the Heavenly Palace, Zhinü, yearning for freedom, feels deeply lonely trapped in tedious weaving. On earth, the kind and honest Niulang, living under his brother's roof, suffers abuse and isolation. The all-seeing Fairy Magpie, pitying them both, steals Zhinü’s celestial brocade and lures Niulang to risk crossing the boundary into heaven. As Zhinü faces the Queen Mother’s wrath for losing the brocade, she encounters Niulang at the edge of the heavens, holding her brocade. Suspicion turns to understanding, and two lonely hearts draw close amidst the clouds. Their brief moment is shattered: the flustered Zhinü leaves her brocade as a token, and Niulang is forcibly returned to the mortal world. Separated and longing, the Fairy Magpie, moved by their deep affection, risks arranging a fleeting reunion. Then, resolutely, she guides Zhinü through the boundary to descend into the modern mortal realm.

 

第二幕：凡尘劫难

Act II: Mortal Tribulations

 

织女初临凡间都市，身披云锦的织女在陌生人群中迷茫寻找牛郎，经历好奇围观与纷扰。牛郎及时出现，两人惊喜重逢，以舞倾诉爱意，开启新生活。织女的爱让牛郎勇敢抗争哥嫂压迫，守护小家。然而王母察觉踪迹，遣天兵追至凡间。喜鹊仙为掩护二人，于都市楼宇间浴血奋战，终不敌被擒。哀求王母无果，她燃尽生命召唤鹊群阻敌，壮烈牺牲。悲痛的牛郎织女被擒，织女被押回天庭，牛郎遭重创。冷酷王母划下银河永隔二人。重伤的牛郎以命哀求，终撼动王母，默许每年一见。次年，在喜鹊仙精魂指引下，无数喜鹊汇成鹊桥跨越银河，牛郎织女于璀璨都市夜空幸福相拥，喜鹊仙之灵在远方默默守护。

Arriving in the modern city, Zhinü, draped in her celestial brocade, wanders lost and bewildered among the unfamiliar crowds, searching for Niulang amidst curious stares and chaos. The Niulang appears just in time, and their joyful reunion blossoms into a dance expressing their love, marking the start of their new life. Empowered by Zhinü’s love, the Niulang finds the courage to defy his oppressive brother and sister-in-law, protecting their small home. However, the Queen Mother discovers their whereabouts and dispatches Heavenly Soldiers to the mortal realm. The Fairy Magpie fights a bloody battle amidst the city skyscrapers to cover their escape, but is ultimately overpowered and captured. Pleading with the Queen Mother in vain, she burns her life force to summon a flock of magpies to block the pursuers, meeting a heroic end. The grieving Niulang and Zhinü are captured: Zhinü is dragged back to heaven, and the Niulang is grievously wounded. The merciless Queen Mother etches the Milky Way across the sky, separating them forever. The mortally wounded Niulang, pleading with his last breath, finally moves the Queen Mother, who reluctantly permits one meeting per year. The following year, guided by the Fairy Magpie’s spirit, countless magpies converge to form a bridge across the Milky Way. Under the dazzling city night sky, Niulang and Zhinü embrace in blissful reunion, while the Fairy Magpie’s spirit silently watches over them from afar.

苏州芭蕾舞团成立于 2007 年，是苏州文化投资发展集团旗下全资子公司，也是江苏省唯—的专业芭蕾舞团，演员均来自国内外—流芭蕾院团。

建团至今，先后创排《罗密欧与朱丽叶》《西施》《胡桃夹子》《唐寅》《天鹅湖》《我的名字叫丁香》《壮丽的云》《鹊之桥》等数十一部大型舞剧，并创作多部具有江南特色的现当代芭蕾作品，以创新理念打造独具韵味的“江南芭蕾”风格。
