Whetherday, a band formed in Hangzhou in July 2024, was originally a bedroom project of the main creative member blamemeagain, and later members from various positions such as Zou Runwei (guitar), Zhang Zixi (drums), and Zeng Qifeng (bass) joined. The style is influenced by Ambient Lofi, Noise-gazed, and Psychedelic rock, aiming to express the sound of the era belonging to teen/s rock with minimal instrumentation and effects.
