Mr. Miss是一支以创作复古歌曲见长的人声爵士组合，其作曲主要继承美国二十世纪上半叶的Great American Songbook音乐传统，基于其文科训练的音乐史研究背景，他们寻索爵士乐作曲的源头，直接向作为标准曲来源的Irving Berlin、George Gershwin、Jerome Kern、Richard Rodgers等叮砰巷和百老汇音乐剧作曲家的作品吸取灵感，同时参考民国上海时代曲的中西结合方式，借鉴黎锦光、陈歌辛、严折西等人的创作思路，发展出叮砰巷与时代曲结合的音乐风格；歌词方面强调用生活化、口语化、亲切生动轻松自然的风格，描写当下都市青年生活的喜怒哀乐。因其音乐具有温暖、抚慰、幽默的特点，被称为“解忧爵士”。
由刘恋和杜凯两位北大学生组成的人声爵士乐男女组合，成立于2009年。在《中国好歌曲》、《中国达人秀》、《红牛新能量音乐计划》等比赛中获得刘欢、高晓松、张亚东、袁惟仁等业界前辈的赞赏与*。2016年登上张北音乐节、简单生活节及爵士上海音乐节，同年发行首张专辑《先生小姐》。
Human voices jazz are composed of Liu Lian and Du Kai who are students of Peking University,and the Human voices jazz was Founded in 2009. It was praised and recommended by the industry's predecessors, Liu Huan, Gao Xiaosong, Zhang Yandong and Yuan Wei in the Chinese song ", "China's got talent", "red bull new energy music program", etc.In 2016, it came up in the Zhang Bei music festival, the simple life festival and the jazz Shanghai music festival and in the same year they released the debut album, "Mr. Miss".
成立背景
刘恋和杜凯在一次北大歌手比赛中结识，共同的音乐追求和相互欣赏促使他们开始了合作，组成Mr. Miss组合，在不断地创作探索和表演历练中发展出独特的人声爵士演绎方式以及歌曲创作风格。
Liu Lian and Du Kai met in a Peking University singing competition, and the common music pursuit and mutual appreciation led them to start working together to form the Mr. Miss combination.The unique vocals and the style of the songs are displayed in the continuous creation of exploration and performance.
音乐风格
爵士乐在大众眼中往往有不知所云的小资情调的成见，而Mr. Miss用一种*简约的方式，将经典音乐的根源核心吸引力剥离出来，以类似民谣歌手的亲和形式，演绎各种类型爵士标准曲与原创作品。他们的作曲直接继承美国二三十年代的Great American Songbook和百老汇音乐的传统，以生活化、亲切生动的歌词创作轻松自然的歌曲。因其音乐具有温暖、抚慰、幽默的特点，被称为“解忧爵士”。
Jazz is often seen as an unintelligible little ambiance in the eyes of the public,and Mr. Miss, in a minimalist way, Strip out the core attraction of the classic music.It performs various kinds of jazz standards and original works in the form of folk singers.Their composition directly inherits the tradition of the Great American Songbook and Broadway music of the 1920s and 1930s and they create light and natural songs with life,friendly and vivid lyrics.Because of its warmth, comfort and humor, music is known as "the Lord of sorrows".
成员简介
刘恋，主唱，卡组笛。毕业于北京大学考古文博学院，自中学开始接触波萨诺瓦音乐，2009年起随Mr. Miss演出，以优美独特的嗓音赢得众多歌迷喜爱。以敏锐的乐感探索出独特的音乐表现手法。
Liu Lian, the lead singer, the card group flute.She graduated from Peking University institute of school of archaeology and since high school she contacted bossa nova music. in 2009, she began to performances with Mr. Miss and with her beautiful unique voice she won many fans’ love.She explores the unique expression of music with a keen sense of delight.
杜凯，主唱，吉他，音乐制作人。毕业于北京大学历史系本科，艺术学院硕士。自高中开始音乐创作与制作，担任大量唱片、影视、戏剧、晚会配乐工作。曾任子曰&秋野乐队吉他手，木玛&3P乐队和声。丰富的音乐经验使他在Mr. Miss的音乐风格掌控中厚积薄发。
Du kai, singer, guitar, music producer.He graduated from Beijing University with a master's degree in history. Since high school he has written and produced music, and has been working on a lot of records, movies, plays, and evening soundtracks. He was a guitarist of Zi Yue band and Qiu Ye band, muma and 3P.The rich experience of music gives him a thick layer of control over the music style of Mr. Miss.
